Typical applications:
The gravity discharge of the dust collector and the gravity discharge of the cyclone dust collector provide airlock and control rate feeder for the dilute phase and continuous dense phase pneumatic conveying system.
Handle products from non-abrasive products supplied by gravity to extremely abrasive products.
Handle products in dry powder and granular materials, such as sugar, cocoa, starch, flour, chemical composition, lime powder, porcelain clay, fly ash and sawdust.
Specification

Features and advantages:
Heavy castings for valve bodies and end caps. Closed rotor with fixed blades. The end cap is a sleeve located in the valve body for concentricity.
The valve body, end cover and rotor are accurately machined in the CNC center to ensure accurate tolerance, minimum clearance between rotor and shell, maximum differential pressure seal and minimum leakage. Lifetime sealed ball bearing.
The standard drive assembly consists of a right angle gearbox mounted directly on the rotor shaft. The gearbox will accommodate any C-type flange motor, whether it is TEFC, explosion-proof, chemical load, inverter load, flushing load, etc. The compact assembly unit can be installed at any time. The stock is available in various sizes and can be shipped quickly.
The standard service airlock has two main functions:
1. The pressureless feeder is only used to feed products from the bin or hopper at a controlled rate.
2. Filter applications, such as cyclone separators, bag filters and various collectors, must collect fine dust while maintaining air tightness.
