Air separation equipment commonly known as oxygen generator is a kind of equipment working at low temperature. It applies low temperature technology to make the air liquefied and separated to obtain oxygen, nitrogen and five rare gases. In order to obtain low temperature, there needs to be a corresponding set of equipment, which consists of compressors, expanders, or throttling devices, as well as a variety of heat exchange equipment, rectification equipment, purification equipment, storage and transportation equipment, detection and self-testing equipment.
