Polyaluminium chloride spray drying system

The polyaluminum chloride spray drying system is to pump the liquid polyaluminum chloride into the spray drying tower with a feed pump, dry it with hot air from the natural gas hot air stove, separate and recover the dust products with the tail air through the cyclone separator, and then send them back to the main tower. The materials at the main feed outlet of the main tower are sent to the warehouse for packaging and sale. The tail gas from the dryer is sent to the wet dust collector for purification treatment and then vented through the cyclone separator and induced draft fan. The absorption liquid of the wet dust collector is sent to the recovery pool for recycling.
