Overview

The rivetless riveting machine is a new type of connection equipment. It applies an instantaneous super elevation to the plates through a special rivetless riveting die to create a physical connection between the pressed plates, which can replace the traditional spot welding connection process. Compared with spot welding, rivet-free riveting has the advantages of no damage to the surface coating of the plate, no thermal deformation, no pollution, and low cost of consumables.

1. The overall casting frame has excellent overall rigidity, even in the process of applying pressure, the frame can still maintain a stable shape without affecting the quality of riveting;

2. The standard riveting die can avoid accidental damage to the operator during the pressure riveting operation, and can improve production efficiency;

3. The patented high-speed gas-liquid booster cylinder specially optimized for the riveting industry, maintenance free design, not only the riveting speed is faster (compared with the hydraulic riveting machine), but also the energy consumption is greatly reduced;
