Overview
The Q150- 12RX riveting machine performs riveting by the motor driving the main shaft to rotate and press down. The motor is connected with the riveting head through the coupling. When the motor rotates, the riveting head is pressed down to form the pressed rivet . When the riveting head drives the riveting die to rotate, it does not rotate in a vertical direction but has a fixed angle of inclination. The riveting head rotates clockwise and produces continuous downward pressure on the rivet, which deforms the rivet to achieve the desired riveting effect. The force required for riveting by the rotary riveting machine is only about 1/8 of the traditional pres- sure riveting and punching riveting, and the required energy consumption is also lower, which is an ideal choice for rivet riveting.
