1.It consist of base，4 TC315 welding units，TAIDA PLC touch screen,stepping motor,ball screw,Linear guide rail etc.

2.The length of this machine is 4.8m,to make sure welding MAX 3.8m beams and MIN 1.0m beams(The max length can be longer if needed).

3.The height range of beam:50-220mm;The width range of beam:40-70mm

4.The allowance welding gap:Within 0.5-1.8mm;

  The allowance thickness of beam:0.8mm to 5mm

  The Diameter of welding wire:0.8-1.0mm;

5.It adopts Tracking and simulating system,to make sure welding the welding quality is the best,even the surface is rough and uneven.

6.The four welding units are controlled by PLC and touch screen,intelligent digital output.

7.It begin to weld 2sides first,then turn 90°mwelding another 2 sides.

8.The drawings for connector and beams should be provided before design.
