　　To ensure the press plate at the right height, not over pressing on the bundle when tying the knots and make marking on the carton.

      Press Plate Assist Discharge Bundle

　　To ensure the speed at the top and bottom of the bundle is the same during the bundle discharge, to have a stable bundle discharge especially for smaller cartons.

      Feeder with Top / Bottom Tailgate

　　To speed up bundling time when tailgate move upward and downward

      Feeder with Two Sets of Rollers

　　To have a smooth feeding system with two different sets of roller speed.

      Tying Area with Two Sets of Belts

　　Two different sets of belt speed, to speed up bundling process.

Optional Features ( Additional Cost )

　　Open Spread PE Rope

　　To prevent damage to the top and bottom carton edges, during tying process the tension on the PE rope  will distribute across it's width.

      Machine with Centre Support

　　This feature is for bundling huge carton, to support the centre part of the carton during bundling process.

      Knot Point Move

　　This feature is to move the knot point from the bundle edge to the edge face. This will prevent damage to the carton when the bundle is removded from the stack and prevents one edge higher than others during stacking.
