【Working Principle】
This product simulates the natural biodegradation process. The CO2 generated by the organic matter consuming oxygen in the culture bottle is absorbed by the hydroxide in the sealed cup. The pressure changes generated by the degradation process are monitored by sensors. A correlation is established between biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and gas pressure to accurately measure BOD and display the results in real time.
