This product is one of the upgrade projects launched by Shengaohua Technology this year. The instrument is designed in accordance with the national standard "HJ 505-2009 5-day culture method", uses the principle of mercury-free differential pressure method to measure the BOD value in water, and uses imported sensors to ensure data Reliable and accurate. The whole machine has an integrated mold design, with distinct functions and stylish appearance. It is widely used in monitoring water quality in industrial sewage, domestic wastewater, environmental engineering, university scientific research, agricultural projects and other fields.

【Working Principle】

This product simulates the natural biodegradation process. The CO2 generated by the organic matter consuming oxygen in the culture bottle is absorbed by the hydroxide in the sealed cup. The pressure changes generated by the degradation process are monitored by sensors. A correlation is established between biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and gas pressure to accurately measure BOD and display the results in real time.
