VFP series pouring machine

VFP series pouring machine adopts the mature technology imported from Japan - the unique performance characteristics of fan-shaped molten iron ladle to control the turning angle speed.

1) Scope of application: VFP series pouring machine is applicable to vertical parting molding lines. The matching molding machine speed is 250/h~450/h, and the weight of single type molten iron is 5Kg~60Kg. It is widely used in imported vertical molding lines and domestic vertical molding lines;

2) Data storage: Simulate manual pouring: start - medium speed - package receiving, three sections control the pouring speed to finish pouring a specific casting, and the computer automatically selects, memorizes and stores its pouring program, after which the program of a specific casting can be called out at any time for automatic pouring. In addition, manual intervention and repair can be carried out at any time during the automatic pouring process in the future. It can store 99 types of plate data;

3) Slag avoidance: The molten iron of VFP series pouring machine flows into the gate type slag baffle to block the slag, and then flows out through the U-shaped graphite outlet without pressure. Under the effect of the surface tension of molten iron, it is injected into the mold cavity in a stable circular flow beam. No air, less scouring, quick and clean package receiving and cutoff, less splash, high yield of castings, and no slag hanging at the gate;

4) Use cost: extremely low use cost, the consumption of vulnerable parts of the equipment body is about 2000 yuan/year;

5) Features: few failures, easy maintenance, simple operation.
