The machine tool adopts independent spindle, maintenance-free, high-rigidity and high-precision transmission;
Cyclone milling is equipped with high strength double support structure, and special multi-position machine cutter holder;
Cutting form: internal cutting type, external cutting type (external cutting type can increase thread grinding function);
It has the functions of servo spindle, Z axis, X axis and cyclone milling axis;
The number of axes controlled by the CNC system: 3 axes (main axis, Z axis, X axis), which are servo linked;
Cyclone milling spindle adopts AC variable frequency stepless speed regulation;
Processing products: worm, screw, screw, screw pump rotor, 8-shaped oil groove, rack, etc.
