E-TPU release masterbatch is a new type of internal high efficiency release masterbatch developed by our thermoplastic TPU. It mainly solves the phenomena of thermoplastic TPU sticking mold, slow crystallization speed, easy deformation, etc., significantly improves the product fluidity, shorts the filling and molding time, and has good effects on underwater anti-sticking and anti-sticking of the parts in the production process, greatly improving the production efficiency.


The main component of this product is special functional group silicone, which has good compatibility with TPU and does not affect the performance of TPU products. Because this product is silicone with special groups, the demoulding and anti-sticking effects are more obvious than ordinary waxes, lipids and silicone.

Packing and storage methods


Packing 25kg/ bag, can also be specified according to user requirements.


The product should be kept dry and protected from sun and rain during storage and transportation.


The effective storage period is 36 months. Beyond the storage period, after passing the inspection, it can still be used.
