Workflow of small bag automatic unpacking machine:

1. The material bag can be sent to the entrance of the unpacking machine manually or by the conveyor belt. A dust collecting hood is covered at this entrance.

2. The plastic woven bag is opened by a multi-layer cutting disc assembly, which is installed on the top of the entrance of the unpacking machine.

3. The materials in the bag enter the material collection device through the mesh of the cylinder screen, which is installed at the outlet of the unpacking machine.

4. The material bag is completely emptied through the rotation and slight vibration of the cylinder screen.

5. The paddle in the cylinder screen chamber repeatedly lifts the emptied bag. In this way, the material bag is completely separated from the material.
