Lightweight plaster plaster

This product is composed of semi-hydrous gypsum (calcined desulphurized gypsum), anhydrous gypsum as the main cementing material, and with high-performance additives, lightweight aggregate mixed into the bottom plastering material. New materials with high efficiency, energy saving, green environmental protection and other characteristics. Light weight, "will breathe" to adjust the indoor temperature, directly add water to stir can be used, for indoor dry area of the rough screed, non-empty drum, non-cracking screed system. Compared with the traditional cement mortar performance is superior.

Technical features:
(1) Shrinkage, similar to the shrinkage rate of the wall of the aerated concrete block.
(2) The elastic modulus is similar to that of aerated concrete block.
(3) The thermal conductivity is small, similar to the thermal conductivity of aerated concrete blocks.
(4) High bonding strength, suitable for all kinds of grass-roots walls.
(5) The amount is small, the actual amount of 10mm thick is 8Kg/㎡.
(6) High tensile bond strength, better than sand gypsum mortar, suitable for a variety of base, can be perfectly matched with most new lightweight wall materials, no empty drum, no cracking;
(7) There is no need to water the wall during construction, and the construction environment has been significantly improved.
(8) The construction saves labor, and its weight is only 1/2 of the cement mortar.
(9) Rapid construction, short final setting time and maintenance time.
(10) The finished surface has high verticality, high flatness and convenient local trimming.
(11) Adjustable indoor humidity, auxiliary insulation, improve indoor comfort.

Design selection points:
(1) The variety of plastering mortar should be selected according to different base materials and engineering use parts.
(2) The strength of plaster mortar should not be more than two levels higher than the strength of the base material, and for the inner wall without paste decorative bricks, the bottom plaster mortar should be a lower strength level than the base material.
(3) The strength of the aerated concrete itself is low, and the strength of the bottom plaster should not be too high to avoid cracking. If the surface is to be made of mortar with higher strength, the principle of excessive layer by layer and strengthening layer by layer should be adopted.
(4) The indoor surface of aerated concrete walls should be plastered with plaster.
(5) The average thickness of the plaster layer should meet the following requirements:
① Inner wall: the average thickness of ordinary plaster should not be greater than 20mm The average thickness of advanced plaster should not be greater than 25mm. ② Ceiling: The average thickness of cast-in-place concrete plaster should not be greater than 5mm, and the average thickness of strip and precast concrete plaster should not be greater than 10mm.
③ When the autoclaved aerated concrete block base is plastered with plaster, the average thickness should be controlled within 10mm.
(6) When the plaster layer thickness is greater than 35mm, strengthening measures should be taken to bond with the matrix. The joints of the matrix of different materials should be equipped with reinforcing nets, and the overlap width between the reinforcing nets and the matrix should not be less than 100mm.
⑺ The practice of kicking in the dry area of the residential room should meet the design requirements, when the design is not required, the following practices can be used: the kicking place of the bedroom room directly falls to the ground, and the living room and dining room should use light plaster plaster to level the wall from the ground 10cm up. Reserve 10cm kicker position, and finally use 1:3 cement mortar to make kicker. When decorating, the baseboard can cover at least 10mm of the light plaster plaster lower mouth, and it is recommended that the baseboard height be 120mm.
