CH-40 non-shrinkage grout

High strength non-shrinkage grouting material is made of high strength material as aggregate (such as: quartz sand, emery, etc.), cement, grouting masterbatch, etc., and supplemented by high flow, micro expansion, anti-segregation and other admixtures (such as: water reducing agent). It can be used after adding a certain amount of water to the construction site and stirring it evenly.

Main uses:
Non-shrink grout is mainly used for: Anchor bolt anchoring, emergency repair of airstrip, fixing of nuclear power equipment, reinforcement of road and bridge engineering, machine base, steel structure and foundation, secondary grouting of equipment foundation, embedded steel bars, reinforcement and renovation of concrete structure, crack treatment of old concrete structure, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, installation of track and steel structure, pile sealing of static pile pressing project, The thickening of the wall structure and the repair of water leakage, the collapse grouting of various foundation projects and various emergency repair projects.


Product features:

Construction method:
1. During secondary grouting, the horizontal distance between the template and the base of the equipment should be controlled at about 100mm; The top elevation of the die plate should not be lower than 50mm on the upper surface of the base of the equipment.
2. When the concrete structure is reformed and strengthened, the formwork support should have enough grout holes and exhaust holes, the grout aperture is not less than 50mm, and the spacing is not more than 1000mm.
3. When cement-based grouting materials are mixed, water should be added according to the water consumption required by the product. Mechanical mixing is recommended. When mixing, first add 2/3 of the water and mix for about 3min, then add the remaining water and mix until uniform. The mixing place should be close to the grout site.
4. Anchor bolt anchorage grouting:
When the anchor bolt is formed into a hole, the wall of the bolt hole is rough, and the hole should be cleaned up without impurities such as floating ash and oil, and the water should be soaked for 8 to 12h before grouting to remove the inflammation in the hole. The oil and rust on the surface of anchor bolts should be removed before grouting.
5. Concrete structure renovation and reinforcement grouting: The concrete surface in contact with the cement-based grouting material should be fully chiseled. To repair the defects of concrete structure, the loose concrete should be removed and the steel bar should be exposed, and the edge of the repair area should be cut into a vertical shape. All gravel, dust or other debris should be removed before grouting, and the base concrete surface should be wet. Pour evenly mixed grout into the form and tap the form appropriately. When the thickness of the grout layer is greater than 150mm, relevant measures should be taken to prevent temperature cracks.


Construction and maintenance measures:
During grouting, the average daily uniform temperature should not be lower than 5℃. After grouting, the exposed part should be sprayed with curing agent or covered with plastic film in time, and covered with wet grass bag to keep wet. When plastic film is used to cover, the exposed surface of the cement-based grout material should be tightly covered to keep the condensate in the plastic film. When the surface of the grout material is inconvenient to water, the curing agent can be sprayed. The grout material should be kept in a wet state and the curing time should not be less than 7d.
