Construction instructions:
1. Prepare before plastering
The reserved hole must be set aside in advance, and the Yang Angle of the interior wall, column and door hole meets the design requirements. Protection of finished products: doors and Windows can be protected by wooden slats or plastic tape; The floor is protected by plastic sheets. Installed pipes, fire boxes, electrical switch boxes, wire boxes, embedded parts and equipment, railings, handrails, etc. are protected with plastic sheets.
2. Primary treatment.
Clean up the ash layer, dirt and oil on the surface of the base layer. The defects such as convex and concave parts and non-reserved holes on the base should be treated with similar materials to be smooth and firm. The door and window frames and side seams shall be filled with prescribed materials. Wet the base with water in advance, and there should be no clear water when plastering.
3. Slurry preparation.
Plaster plaster mortar material mix ratio should be appropriate, recommended to refer to the recommended mix ratio. A feeding amount should be used up within the specified time. After the initial setting, the slurry shall not be stirred again with water. First pour the water into the mixing bucket, then pour the ash, stir for 2~5 minutes, make the slurry reach the appropriate consistency, stand for 5 minutes, and then stir the second time before use.
4. Manual plastering operation process
Construction preparation - base treatment - wall pasting and stamping - wall spraying evenly and appropriately - preparation of slurry - slurry scraping on wall - scraping - compacting - inspection and acceptance. Reinforcement should be marked before construction. The height of 3 meters below the horizontal bar 2, vertical bar spacing is about 1.5 meters, the width of the bar 30~50 mm. Plaster thickness shall be specified by the building design. Plaster thickness is 5~20 mm, first BZD2 type bottom paint gypsum mortar base, and then use BZM type surface paint gypsum finish. When the plaster thickness exceeds 8 mm, it should be constructed in layers, and the thickness of each layer is controlled within 8 mm, and then the next layer is wiped after the final solidification of the previous layer of slurry.
The first layer is a bonding layer, so the iron trowel can not be repeated to avoid slurry displacement to form empty strands. Light finger pressure shows no visible signs of final coagulation. When plastering, use a plaster board and trowel to spread the slurry on the wall. When the surface of the mortar is slightly dry, use H-shaped ruler or scraper to tighten the bar to scrape and compact, so that the wall is straight. If the surface is to be calendered, it should be done before final slurry setting. The ground ash cleaned during the plastering process and the slurry scraped down during the repair process shall not be recycled and reused. The tools and machinery used in plastering should be cleaned in time after the completion of the reoperation. The construction of the wall should avoid bumping and water immersion, and maintain indoor ventilation.


Note:
The amount of mixing should be based on the amount required by the plastering area, and should not be too much, and it should be used frequently.
The mixed slurry should be used up before the initial setting, and the slurry that has been initially set should not be stirred again with water.
