1. Equipment structure composition and description: The coating system sets the integration of dipping, dumping and unloading, including flip transfer system, No.1 weighing conveyor, No.2 conveyor, vertical feeding system, spreader, dipping tank lifting mechanism, centrifugal drying mechanism, flip discharging mechanism and other components. The dipping tank lifting mechanism can lift the dipping tank, and the centrifugal drying mechanism can remove the excess liquid on the surface of the workpiece in that it can rotate forward and reverse to facilitate the flow of the accumulated liquid in the grooves on the workpiece. The flip discharging mechanism is used for discharging the workpiece after centrifugation. Weighing mechanism (No.1 weighing conveyor, No.2 conveyor, vertical feeding system) can accurately calculate the required loading capacity of the basket.
