It is especially suitable for medium and short-distance (within 300 meters) pneumatic conveying systems for fly ash, coal powder, gypsum powder and other materials in thermal power plants, and can also be used for low-pressure pneumatic conveying systems for powdery materials in cement, metallurgy, chemical and other industries. 

Installation

1. During installation, it is strictly forbidden to perform electric welding on the upper port of the high airtight and wear-resistant electric air lock, so as to avoid welding slag falling into the cavity of the electric air lock, burning or destroying the seal in the cavity of the electric air lock, causing air leakage, This reduces the delivery capacity of the jet pump.

2. Before use, the gear box must be filled with oil according to the regulations, so as to avoid the gear box from being burned due to dry grinding.

3. When using, the Roots blower should be turned on to compress the air to purge the pipeline first, and then the impeller jet pump should be turned on to work.
