It should be made of harder materials, and its hardness should be dozens of HB higher than that of the big gear in heat treatment. The door opener gear can also be heated along the tooth groove by high frequency induction and quenched on the surface to increase its wear resistance. In the initial work after replacing the new gear, generally only pay attention to whether the work and sound of each part are normal. If it is basically normal, it will be put into use. The running-in and no-load tests are not sufficient, and the intention of the gear running-in cannot be achieved.
