The sliding coefficient of the dedendum of the door opener gear is greater than that of the tooth top, and the sliding coefficient of the dedendum of the pinion is greater than that of the dedendum of the large gear. It should be made of harder material, and its hardness should be dozens of HB higher than that of the large gear through heat treatment. The pinion can also be heated by high-frequency induction along the tooth groove and quenched on the surface to increase its wear resistance. In the initial work after replacing the new gear, generally only pay attention to whether the work and sound of each part are normal. If it is basically normal, it will be put into use. The running-in and no-load tests are not sufficient, and the intention of the gear running-in cannot be achieved.
