Working principle
After the air is heated and purified, it is introduced from the lower part by the induced draft fan and passes through the perforated plate of the hopper. In the working room, fluidization is formed by stirring and negative pressure, and the water is quickly evaporated and taken away with the exhaust, and the material is quickly dried.
Performance characteristics
◎ The fluidized bed is a circular structure to avoid dead ends.
◎The hopper is equipped with agitation to avoid the agglomeration of wet materials and the formation of channels during drying.
◎Using tipping and unloading, it is convenient, quick and thorough, and an automatic feeding and discharging system can also be designed according to requirements.
◎Sealed negative pressure operation, the airflow is filtered. Easy to operate and easy to clean.
◎The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. The drying time of each batch is generally 20-30 minutes, depending on the material.

◎Mechanism screw extrusion granules, oscillating granules, wet high-speed mixing granulation granules.
◎Drying of wet granules and powdery materials in medicine, food, feed, chemical industry and other fields.
