The spin flash dryer is a new type of high-efficiency fluidized drying equipment developed to overcome the low efficiency and high energy consumption of static drying. In the design process of this machine, it fully combines the characteristics of ordinary fluid drying such as airflow drying, and avoids weaknesses, so that the whole machine has a reasonable process structure and superior performance, and achieves the goal of high efficiency and low energy for fluidized drying.

Working Principle
The hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially, and forms a strong rotating wind field driven by the agitator. The paste material is fed into the dryer by the feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring blade, the material is dispersed under the action of impact friction and shearing force, and the block is quickly pulverized, contacted with hot air, and heated to dry. The dehydrated material rises with the hot air flow, the large particles are intercepted by the grading ring, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring to the outside of the dryer, and are recovered by a cyclone separator and a dust collector. The materials that are not dry or large particles are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force, and fall to the bottom to be crushed and dried again.
This machine can be used in the dehumidification and drying of pesticides, pigments, chemicals, feeds, medicines and some intermediates.
