Working Principle

The material enters the dryer from the feeding port. Under the action of vibration force, the material moves forward continuously along the horizontal fluidized bed, and the hot air passes through the fluidized bed upwards to contact the wet material for heat exchange. The wet air is dedusted by the cyclone separator. There is an exhaust port to discharge, and the dry material is discharged from a discharge port.
