Working principle
The material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet material, the wet air passes through the cyclone separator. After dust removal, it is discharged by the exhaust air at a ratio of 1:3, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.
Performance characteristics

◎Smooth fluidization, no dead space and blow-through phenomenon, can obtain uniform drying and cooling products.
◎Good adjustability and wide application range. The thickness of the material layer, the moving speed in the machine and the change of the full amplitude can be adjusted steplessly.
◎Little damage to the material surface. It can be used for drying fragile materials, and the working effect will not be affected even when the material particles are irregular.
◎The fully enclosed structure is adopted. Effectively prevent cross-infection between materials and air, and the working environment is clean.
◎High mechanical efficiency and thermal efficiency, good energy saving effect, 30-60% energy saving compared with ordinary drying devices.
Applicable materials
It is suitable for drying and cooling of powdery and granular materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, grain, minerals and other industries. Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, shredded radish, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, sugar, etc.
