Working principle
The material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet material, the wet air passes through the cyclone separator. After dust removal, it is discharged by the exhaust air at a ratio of 1:3, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.

Working principle
The hot air tangent enters the bottom of the dryer and forms a strong rotating wind field driven by the agitator. The paste material enters the dryer through the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating agitator, the material is dispersed under the impact, friction and shear force. The block material is quickly crushed, fully contacted with the hot air, heated and dried. The dehydrated dry material rises with the hot air flow, the grading ring intercepts the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring outside the dryer, and recycled by the cyclone separator and dust collector. The dry or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force, and then fall back to the bottom for crushing and drying.

Product Introduction
Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of air filter, heater, fluidized bed host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operating table . Due to the different properties of drying materials, matching For dust removal equipment, you can consider it according to your needs. You can choose cyclone separator and bag filter at the same time, or you can choose one of them. The small granular and powdery materials need to be equipped with a bag filter, and a pneumatic feeding device and a belt conveyor are available for selection.
The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by the feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by the blower to contact with the solid material through the distribution plate, forming a fluidized state to achieve gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed, and the solid powder is recovered by the cyclone dust collector group and the bag filter, and then emptied.
Steam, electricity, and hot blast stoves can all be used (according to user requirements).
Working Principle
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between the hot air and the material, the process of heat and mass transfer is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, and after tens of seconds to several minutes of boiling and drying, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.
Applicable to materials
◎Drying operations of pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. Such as: drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powdery materials. The particle size of applicable materials is generally 0.1-6mm, and the recommended particle size is 0.5-3mm.
Installation instructions
◎All equipment should be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, and all parts should be well sealed.
