Product description
982 is a weather-resistant outdoor matting agent designed for polyester/TGIC system, with excellent leveling and matting effects.
Less smoke, no wax, can achieve a minimum gloss of about 10 degrees, the surface is delicate, flat and smooth, and the impact can exceed 50kg*cm.
The extinction is stable, it is less affected by the extrusion temperature, has good adaptability to polyester, and consumes a small amount of TGIC.

Product Features
It has a wide selectivity for polyester and can achieve good matting effect on most polyesters.
Excellent mechanical properties, resin-based matting, very good leveling.
The gloss is stable, insensitive to the extrusion process and has good reproducibility.
Dosage
Add directly to outdoor formulas for extrusion, with an addition of 1-5%.

Hint
1. This system matting agent should not be added with a curing accelerator, and should not be baked on the same line with the chemical matting agent, otherwise it may cause the gloss to increase;
2. Using different fillers and polyesters may cause the gloss to change;
3. The applicability of the product needs to be verified by the customer through experiments to obtain the process parameters for optimal matting properties.
Packaging and storage
Packed in kraft paper bags with polyethylene lining, net weight 25 kg per bag.
Based on our experience, this product has a shelf life of at least 1 year when stored at a temperature below 32 °C .
