2、The adhesion test of the aluminum coating of the reflector and the high temperature storage test of the reflector meet the requirements of ISO 2409;

3、High temperature: 180 ℃, 1h, no discoloration or peeling;

Cracking test: after the reflector is placed at a high temperature of 180 ℃ at room temperature, drop 1KH2SO4 solution, 1KKOH solution and 3KNaCL solution, and no aluminum layer shall fall off within 10min;

Adhesion: 1 for use × 1 Scratch the aluminum layer surface with a reticle knife into 1 × 1. The number of squares shall not be less than six. The surface of the aluminum coating shall not fall off when it is glued with tape. The aluminum coating shall be qualified when it falls off below 5% in the hundred grid test;
