Nano fixing agent KLD

Nano fixing agent KLD is a new generation of formaldehyde free active and direct dye fixing agent. It can effectively improve the soaping and dry wet rubbing fastness of dyed fabrics, and does not affect the hand feel and rehumidification of dyed fabrics, especially for bright red and black.

[Features]

Stable for hard water, strong acids, strong alkalis, and all sulfates

It will not reduce the sun fastness of direct dyes and reactive dyes.

It hardly changes the color of the dye.

The fixation process is simple and has no special requirements for temperature and pH value.

It does not contain formaldehyde and does not release formaldehyde during use, making it an environmentally friendly product.

It can be used as a fixing agent for dyeing in post mercerization processes.

[Product Usage]

Suitable for all cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.

Suitable for fixation treatment of reactive and direct dye dyeing.

Both rolling and suction processes are suitable.

[Usage]

When using, it depends on the color depth of the dyed fabric:

Recommended dosage for soaking process: 0.5% -2.0% (o.w.f). It takes 30-50 minutes without adjusting the pH value. Suggested dosage for immersion rolling process: 5-20g/1, with a rolling liquid rate of about 80%, and no need to adjust the pH value.
