Positive Pressure Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying System

The roots blower is generally used as the power source for dilute phase positive pressure pneumatic conveying. The low-pressure compressed air at the fan outlet is mixed with the powder provided by the feeder in the accelerator chamber and then transported to the receiving bin through pipes. The receiving bin needs to be equipped with a ventilation device on the top of the bin. Dilute phase positive pressure pneumatic conveying can realize synchronous metering of powder during conveying.
