Generally, Roots blower, centrifugal fan or vortex pump are used as the power source for dilute phase negative pressure pneumatic conveying to pump the pipeline and vacuum hopper into a certain vacuum state, so that the air inlet can form two-phase flow of material powder and gas under the action of atmospheric pressure, and then it is fed into the vacuum hopper through the conveying pipeline. The gas-solid separation is carried out through the vacuum feeding hopper.
