Grid Bowl Folding Machine (BJ-06)

This equipment is mainly designed for battery material development. Its main function is to automatically fold the materials in the sagger into double layers after drawing grid.

The contact part between the equipment and materials is made of non-metallic materials, and the non bearing screws and bolts are made of engineering plastics.
The grid is made of PP material, and a shaking mechanism is designed to greatly prevent materials from sticking to the grid during the process of grid drawing
The bowl stacking mechanism adopts the lifting stacking design, which is convenient and flexible. The whole operation is safe and reliable without external pressure on the sagger.
