XHD04 is a dealcoholized moisture curing one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber adhesive.
It is transparent, has good fluidity, is easy to use, has high and low temperature resistance (can work at -60~+200°C), and has excellent electrical insulation properties. Resistance to atmospheric aging and non-yellowing at high temperature.
A small amount of alcohol is released during curing, and at the same time, the bonding of the material is completed, and it is a translucent elastomer after curing.
Good adhesion to glass, metal, ceramics, silicone rubber and resin laminates.

Instruction
1. The surface to be bonded is sandblasted or roughened in advance, and the surface is cleaned with a solvent (acetone, gasoline or ethyl acetate), and then glued. The surface of the silicone rubber is cleaned with absolute ethanol.
2. It can be used after vulcanization at room temperature for 48 hours. Performance reached after 7 days.
3. When used as potting glue, its applicable depth should not exceed 8MM, otherwise it will not be easy to cure.
