1. The bag breaking process and the material separation process are conducted in a totally closed manner, and each process is equipped with a dust collector, so there is no dust leakage, and the noise is low, which improves the working environment of workers.
2. Only one or two people are required to place the packaging bags on the belt conveyor on site, which reduces the work intensity of workers.
3. The equipment is easy to operate, can be deployed, has low failure rate, and reduces maintenance work.
4. The equipment is specially designed so that the broken packaging bags can be separated from the materials perfectly, and will not be mixed into the materials or hung in the separation device.
5. The equipment can count automatically, and can set the bag loading amount at will. When the set bag loading amount is reached, the equipment will stop automatically.
6. In case of equipment failure, it will automatically report for replacement and emergency stop to protect the equipment and prevent personnel from misoperation.
7. After bag breaking, unloading and separation, it can be used together with other conveying equipment to complete the functions of powder conveying and storage.
8. Different sizes of bags can be handled without adjusting the equipment.
