Overview
This machine is composed of a hopper, an oscillating chamber, a coupling and a motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft, bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor and transmitted to the centerline of the main shaft, which generates centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, changes the strength of the material, and forms an orbital vortex in the screen. The amplitude of the weight regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and screens. The whole machine has compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high quality, low energy consumption, and convenient mobile maintenance.
