High speed centrifugal spray dryer

The spray dryer is a drying process in which raw materials are dispersed into droplets by atomizer, and hot air (or other gases) is directly contacted with the droplets to obtain powdered and granular products. After being filtered and heated, the air enters into the hot air distributor on the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower body, and the rotating spray forms extremely fine droplets. The droplets contact the hot air, mix and flow at the same time to conduct heat and mass transfer, and can be dried into finished products in a very short time. The flow direction of the droplets and hot air has concurrent flow, countercurrent flow and mixed flow, with different contact modes, It has a great influence on the temperature distribution in the drying tower, the movement track of the fog point (or particle), the residence time of particles in the drying tower and the product properties.
Most of the finished products are exported from the bottom of the drying tower, some fine powder is entrained in the exhaust gas and exported through the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.

Feature

1.The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% - 98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only 5-35 seconds, which is especially suitable for the drying of heat sensitive materials.

2.Because the drying is completed in hot air, the product basically keeps a spherical shape similar to the liquid drop, with good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility. Simple and stable operation, convenient regulation and control, easy to realize automatic operation.

3.The production process is simplified. It is suitable to continuously control the production of liquid with moisture content of 40% - 90%, dry it into powder at one time, reduce crushing and screening and other processes. The operating environment and sanitary conditions are superior, which can avoid flying dust during drying.

4.The raw liquid can be solution, mud, emulsion, suspension, paste or melt, or even filter cake.
