The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel. (or made of all stainless steel) materials are collected by two-stage cyclone dust collector, or primary cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector. The machine is fully enclosed, and all parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a three-stage purification device, and the filtered air reaches the requirements of 100000. Rationale
After being heated by the heater, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying tower through the blower. After passing the hot air distributor, the hot air enters the drying tower evenly and moves in a spiral shape. At the same time, the feed pump sends the feed liquid to the centrifugal spray at the top of the drying tower, and the feed liquid is sprayed into tiny mist droplets. The surface area of the feed liquid contacting with the hot air is greatly increased, the water evaporates rapidly, and the product is dried in a very short time. The dry product is separated from the wet air by the cyclone separator. The dry air is sent to the small cyclone separator through the aggregate spiral chamber at the bottom of the cyclone separator for separation, and is collected in the material collecting cylinder. The tail gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
The hot air system, purging system and air conveying system of the dryer are equipped with primary, medium and sub high efficiency filters. All the air entering the drying system is filtered. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements.
