The special pressure-limiting variable mechanism can realize low-pressure large flow and high-pressure small flow, making the most reasonable use of power, effectively reducing the power consumption of the motor and saving energy.
Built-in pressure regulating valve, the system does not need to install pressure regulating valve.

Instructions For Use
1. When the motor shaft and the pump Zhouxin are assembled using a coupling, the parallelism error should be within 0.05mm, and the angle error should be within 1 degree. It is recommended to use a dedicated motor for direct oil pump.
2. The external oil drain port of the variable pump must be directly connected to the oil tank. Oil cannot be returned through other oil pipes. And the back pressure does not exceed 3kgf/cm2, the oil drain pipe must be inserted under the oil surface.
3. The oil absorption of the pump should not be higher than 1 meter above the oil level.
4. Recommended hydraulic oil viscosity working pressure is lower than 70kgf/cm2, 30-50cst (Isovg) is appropriate.
5. The continuous working temperature of hydraulic oil should be kept at 15-60 ℃. If it is lower than 15 ℃, please use a heater. If it exceeds 60 ℃, please use a cooler.
6. When starting, please pay attention to the steering of the pump. After confirming that the steering is correct, it can work continuously. Then slowly increase the pressure in stages to the desired pressure.
7. When adjusting the displacement, first loosen the adjusting nut, and then rotate the adjusting bolt. Turn right to reduce the flow, and turn left to increase. After adjustment, please tighten the nut.
8. Turn left (counterclockwise) the pressure adjustment bolt to lower the output pressure and turn right (clockwise) to increase it. After adjustment, please tighten the nut.
9. When the new machine starts to run, the motor should be started repeatedly under no pressure to remove the air in the pump and oil suction. To ensure that the air in the system is removed, it can run continuously for 10 minutes under no load.
