Double pressure ceramic concentrator

Double-pressure ceramic membrane concentrator: This type of machine is mainly suitable for concentrating slurry with a concentration of no more than 5%. It can further achieve solid-liquid separation and discharge clean water for recycling, increasing the concentration of the slurry, and is applicable for wastewater and circulating water treatment with lower concentrations, reducing water consumption in various process flows.
Working principle:
1. Firstly, the nano-scale ceramic membrane's capillary effect is utilized to extract clean water from the wastewater and retain the suspended solids in the wastewater.
2. Secondly, a vacuum system is used to reduce the pressure inside the ceramic membrane to increase the filtration pressure difference.
3. Thirdly, the external pressure of the ceramic membrane is increased to twice the atmospheric pressure, placing the ceramic membrane in a sealed chamber. The total filtration power is approximately three times higher than that of conventional filtration.
4. The bottom of the ceramic membrane concentrator is equipped with a sludge thickening device with an inclined tube, accelerating the sedimentation of suspended solids and solid particles in the wastewater, reducing the processing load of the ceramic membrane, and further increasing the clear water production capacity.
5. The concentrated slurry gathers at the cone-shaped hopper at the bottom of the concentrator. The hopper is equipped with concentration detection equipment. When the slurry concentration reaches the set value, the discharge valve is automatically opened to discharge the concentrated slurry to the next process for treatment.
6. When the filtration capacity of the ceramic membrane decreases, chemical cleaning combined with ultrasonic cleaning is used to restore the filtration performance of the ceramic membrane.
The entire machine integrates an advanced automated control system. The touch screen display can clearly reflect the working status of the equipment. The machine has an automatic diagnosis system that can predict the time when equipment failures will occur, allowing for timely equipment maintenance, thereby significantly improving the equipment utilization rate. The entire system can be integrated into the enterprise's production management system, assisting in the enterprise's automation management and safe production.
