Dynamic cross-flow filtration system

The dynamic cross-flow filtration system of the rotating tubular membrane is a membrane filtration system that realizes continuous operation by utilizing the membrane filtration technology of rotating tubular membranes. It uses rotating membrane tubes to achieve dynamic cross-flow, thereby avoiding the problems of membrane blockage and contamination that exist in traditional pressure difference-driven membrane filtration systems. The concentrated substance (solid matter) forms turbulence due to high-speed rotation, constantly washing the membrane surface to prevent solid matter from remaining on the membrane disc surface, thereby effectively preventing membrane surface fouling and ensuring the normal operation of filtration, thus achieving the concentration effect.

Centrifugal effect:

Centrifugal force serves as the driving force. It does not rely on the feed pump to provide large circulation flow and operating pressure. It can segment the liquid, and the faster peripheral linear speed can better cope with high-concentration materials, achieving significant energy savings;

Turbulent effect:

Internal of the system constantly forms turbulence. The shear force on the outer wall is more than 50% higher than that of traditional cross-flow filtration, which can better inhibit filter cake accumulation and has a slower flux attenuation;

Double-sided filtration:

The two working surfaces on the outside increase the effective filtration area within the equivalent volume.
