YTDH aluminum monopole slip wire
The YTDH aluminum single-pole sliding contact line is a sliding contact line assembled from a single conductive rail, utilizing brackets, assembly arms, suspension clamps, connection boxes, current collectors, and shift forks, according to the needs of the workplace. The single length of the sliding contact line is fixed at 6 meters. The sliding contact line is connected with connection boxes, and each connection box can serve as an inlet for the power cord. The YTDH aluminum single-pole sliding contact line features a conductive aluminum profile as the conductive rail, with 304 stainless steel strips pressed into the conductive slot for wear resistance. The sheath (outer shell) is made of PVC engineering plastic through hot extrusion processing. When the length of the sliding contact line is greater than 120 meters and there is a large temperature difference, a temperature compensation device is required to prevent deformation of the sliding contact line caused by thermal expansion. When there are more than two devices operating on the same sliding contact line, to maintain equipment maintenance without powering down the entire sliding contact line, an appropriate location on the sliding contact line can be equipped with a maintenance isolation section.

The YTHF tubular multi-pole sliding contact line is a safe, economical, and widely used mobile power transmission device. The shell of the sliding contact line is made of PVC engineering plastic, and the sliding contact line uses copper tape made of T2 conductive copper through specialized equipment as the power transmission conductor.
