  Oil-immersed transformer

  The fully sealed power transformer uses the fins of the corrugated tank body as the heatdissipation and cooling components. At the same time, it expands and contracts with theincrease or decrease of the transformer oil, isolating the interior of the transformer fromthe atmosphere, preventing oil degradation, insulation moisture, and aging, therebyimproving operational reliability.
  The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which effectivelyincreases the magnetic flux density inside the core, reduces noise, and lowers losses. Thecoil is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-covered wire) in a cylindrical (orpancake) structure, with uniform ampere-turn distribution and a reasonable insulationdesign, providing strong short-circuit withstand capability.
  All fasteners used in the tank are equipped with lock nuts to ensure they do not loosenduring long-distance transportation. The surface of the tank is phosphated and coated witha tri-proof paint (moisture-proof, mold-proof, salt spray-proof), making it suitable forharsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical industries.
