Features
▲WZIA type external circulation vacuum evaporator is a natural circulation evaporator that can be operated under vacuum system or normal pressure. The secondary steam evaporated during normal pressure operation is directly discharged into the atmosphere without consuming cooling water. This equipment can also be directly connected to the water power ejector for vacuuming, and the evaporated water will not be recovered. When the external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation are adopted, the evaporation speed is fast and the concentration ratio is large. The feed liquid is evaporated and concentrated in a fully enclosed environment. The equipment is easy to operate, occupies a small area, has a beautiful appearance, and is easy to clean. Just open the upper cover of the heater. The heater, evaporator, and insulation are completely shipped from the factory, and the outer insulation board is made of mirror stainless steel sheet, which is more beautiful and elegant in the installation layout of the workshop. All parts of this equipment that are in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, which meets the "GMP" standard. Equipment materials can be selected according to material characteristics or user requirements, including carbon steel (A3, B3), stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, 2205, 2505, 904, etc.), titanium (TA2), nickel (N6), etc.
