Non standard customized hydraulic cylinder
With the characteristics of simple structure, strong process adaptability and low environmental pollution, hydraulic cylinder has become one of the irreplaceable important devices in the field of transmission, and is widely used in various fields of national economy such as automobile manufacturing, aerospace, national defense, power electronics, plastics, machinery, metallurgy and light industry.
The hydraulic cylinder is mainly composed of cylinder block, piston, piston rod and other auxiliary components. For non-standard cylinder barrel plants, not only the structure of each component is carefully designed, but also their materials are specially selected to meet the working characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder.
First, let's talk about the material of hydraulic cylinder block. Non standard cylinder companies should also consider the system of hydraulic cylinder when selecting. If the hydraulic cylinder in the machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, it is recommended to replace it with seamless steel pipe when the pressure exceeds 8MPa.
For hydraulic cylinders equipped in construction machinery, 35 steel and 45 steel seamless steel pipes will be used as cylinder materials in most cases. In case of high pressure, 27SiMn seamless steel pipes or 45 steel can be used for forging, which is sufficient to cope with high pressure. -
Engineering hydraulic cylinder
The installation length is short, the work is reliable, the assembly and disassembly are convenient and easy to maintain, and the connection modes are diverse, which are suitable for various industries such as engineering machinery, mining, lifting transportation, ports, metallurgy, etc. On the limit positions at both ends of CDLI series engineering hydraulic cylinders (cylinder diameter 40~500), anti high pressure inductive proximity switches can be set. The device is compact and easy to install and adjust, eliminating the tedious link of designing and installing limit switches on the motion mechanism, which provides great convenience for design, installation and adjustment. The displacement sensor can be configured on the cylinder whose head and bottom are flange fixed. The hydraulic cylinder can stop accurately according to the working conditions, give full play to the mechanization and automation functions of the hydraulic cylinder, and realize high-speed and accurate industrial automatic control.
