  The machine is composed of three parts: the screen box at the inlet and outlet, the vibration source and the shock absorber. The machine base and screen box are connected with 4-6 sets of soft rubber shock absorbers which are fixed up and down. Centrifugal force is generated when the machine is started. The amplitude is controlled by eccentric blocks and shock absorbers, so as to achieve the required working performance and make the material have a shock-proof and loose screening process. It is widely used as an ideal equipment for screening in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgical, electronic and other industries.

  Circular vibrating screen

  This machine is composed of hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling and motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft, bearing, etc. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor to reach the center line of the main shaft, which generates centrifugal force in the unbalanced state, changes the material strength and forms a track vortex in the screen. The amplitude of the weight adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials and screens. The whole machine has compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high quality, low energy consumption and convenient mobile maintenance.
