High concentration non foaming soap detergent KLX

KLX is a completely foam free soap detergent that, due to its cementitious properties, can easily suspend and remove dyes that are not fixed or remain on gauze, and increase the color of the fixed dyes. Due to its different effects from general soaping agents (non washing, dispersing, and dissolving), using this product for soaping can save electricity and improve efficiency.

◆ Utilize excellent integration and dispersion. The mechanism of suspension and washing removes floating colors. Ensure color fastness and make the color more vivid and pure, with a brighter fabric surface

◆ It can effectively improve and ensure the retention of dyes, making it possible for some medium and deep color printing and dyeing varieties to use less fixing agents (which makes possible color stripping and repair more convenient)

◆ After using this product for electric washing, there is no adverse effect on the color light

◆ Applied in post printing soaping to effectively prevent white floor contamination

◆ In the soaping process, only minimal foam is produced under agitation

[Application]

This product can be diluted to 4-5 times as a regular soap detergent (200-250kg high concentration soap detergent. Add 800-75kg of water and stir evenly to make 000kg of regular soap detergent)

Reactive dyes:

1-3 g/1 100Cx20mins

For dyeing non water-soluble dyes (such as tulin, sulfurized, and naphthol dyes, 1-3g/1 80-100C * 10-30min), please note that a small portion of the dyes can easily affect the washing fastness due to hydrolysis. When using this series of dyes, it is best to add a fixing agent after soaping.
