Installation method of imitation marble equipment decorative plate:

1、 Aluminum alloy fixation

1. First, a base layer should be covered on the wall. The common ones are 3MM plywood, wood board, and the better ones are fire-proof magnesium glass board. Use air nails to nail them on the wall.

2. Then nail the foot line on the wall. Fix the wall corners with aluminum alloy internal corners, and then fix the wall corners with aluminum alloy tool strips. That is to nail the aluminum alloy internal corner and the aluminum alloy tool strip to the corresponding position on the wall.

3. Then saw the UV board. Saw the UV board into pieces according to the actual required size, and then trim the sawing edge with sandpaper.

4. Then insert the UV plate between the aluminum alloy internal corner and the tool strip.

2、 Install with wall adhesive

1. First, a base layer should be covered on the wall. The common ones are 3MM plywood, wood board, and the good ones are fireproof glass magnesium board. Nail them on the wall with air nails and clean the board surface with sandpaper.

2. Saw the UV board into pieces according to the actual requirements.

3. Chamfering, the four sides of the UV plate to be installed shall be chamfered into a 45 degree angle with the chamfering machine. According to the actual installation requirements, some only need to be upside down on two sides or three sides.

4. Clean the back of the UV board, and clean the back of the UV board with sandpaper and rag.

5. Apply universal adhesive or wood adhesive evenly on the back of the UV board, then paste the UV board flat on the wall, and then gently hammer the UV board with your hand to make the UV board firmly adhere to the wall.

6. Water-adjustable joint filler, and then fill the joint filler at the intersection of two UV plates at 45 degrees, fill it first, and then use the vertical angle of the board to gently cross the intersection of 45 degrees, so that the intersection of 45 degrees looks good.

7. Clean the surface of the UV board and clean the excess joint filler.
