[Purpose]

This product is suitable for the scouring and dyeing process of polyester knitted fabrics in one bath, the degreasing process of spandex containing fabrics, and the refining and degreasing process of cotton knitted fabrics in one bath.

[Features]

◆ It has a great effect on the emulsification and solubility of oils and waxes at high temperatures.

◆ In near neutral and weakly acidic baths, it can fully emulsify and disperse oil agents, and has unique effects on removing chemical fiber oil agents. In the same bath dyeing process of scouring and dyeing, the impact on the color light of the dye is small, and it can effectively prevent the generation of oil spots and color defects.

Under neutral conditions, the removal of oil stains from alkali resistant fabrics (such as silk, wool, and gold silver containing fabrics) is effective and does not damage fibers.

◆ Alkaline conditions, such as in the refining and degreasing bath of all cotton knitted fabric, have excellent degreasing effects.

◆ In neutral and weakly alkaline baths, for fabrics containing spandex, a strong degreasing agent DC-195C can be used to effectively emulsify and disperse oil stains on the spandex fabric while cleaning and removing oil, preventing organic re contamination.

◆ One bath essential oil degreasing process:

YG -16800.3-2g/L refined enzyme (all cotton knitted and blended fabrics)
