Wood spraying production line

process flow
Pre processing of the upper part (degreasing I, degreasing II, water washing I, water washing II, surface adjustment, phosphating water washing III, water washing IV, pure water washing, fresh pure water spraying, water drying (100 ℃~120 ℃ * 10min) → coating (automatic spraying+manual repair) → UV curing (180 ℃~190 ℃ * 20-30 min) → cooling → lower part

The diving treatment method is a method of conveying the workpiece through a suspended chain to immerse it in a swimming pool and process it in a medicine pool. It is suitable for handling various complex shaped objects, with good results and saving medicine dosage
Immersion treatment method is to use a crane to lift and immerse the workpiece in a liquid medicine pool, and complete the surface treatment of the workpiece through physical and chemical methods. Suitable for degreasing powder coating equipment for workpieces with complex surfaces and severe rust

Drying and curing equipment
The drying path is self running, and the workpiece is on the conveyor line and enters the drying path. The drying path maintains a constant temperature, and the workpiece comes out of the drying path to complete solidification. After waiting for cooling, the workpiece can be unloaded. Using multiple fuels for heating, rock wool sandwich panels are used as drying boards, which have efficient insulation capacity and greatly save costs. Generally used for UV curing, far-infrared drying lines, curing furnaces, industrial ovens, etc -
