Silicone masterbatch RDMB-501E is a special olefins as the carrier of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane masterbatch, RDMB-501E can make the material have better fluidity and release performance. The material accumulation in the die of extruded wire was improved obviously. The masterbatch has high silicone content, large molecular weight, no precipitation, and is not easy to slip when extruded in the screw.

Silicone rubber alloy A-S/TPU 1175
Product characteristics
A-S/TPU 1175 is an alloying material with stable island structure, which uses dynamic vulcanization process to evenly disperse silicone rubber in TPU with micrometer particle size. The unique molecular structure of silicone rubber makes it have good compatibility with TPU substrate. Different from the traditional silicone masterbatch in the form of linear dispersion of silicone oil in the resin, granular silicone rubber in the alloy material is not easy to precipitated, no backsticking, the toughening effect is more obvious, break elongation and tear strength have been significantly improved, but also let the material has a good touch and skin friendly fruit. The presence of a large number of silicone rubber particles also improves the water resistance of the resin to a certain extent, and because the surface energy of the silicone rubber is relatively low, the alloy material has good easy to clear.

* This product is used directly after blending with TPU in a certain proportion.
* This product is blended with TPU and used after twin screw granulation.
* Drying method :80℃-100℃ for 4 hours.
* Processing temperature: The recommended processing temperature is 190℃-215℃ when used alone, and the processing temperature is referred to the processing technology of the TPU used when blended with other TPU materials.

Development background
At present, the PPA used in the market is mainly fluoropolymer processing AIDS, which are polymer processing AIDS based on fluoropolymers, that is, copolymers of one or more fluoropolyolefin or fluoropolyolefin and other olefins, such as vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene binary copolymer or terpolymer.

Performance characteristics
1. The metal surface forms a lubricating film:

2. Improve internal lubrication:
