RL Series Melting Granulator
Overview The
RL type granulator uses the characteristics of the melting point of the material to be lower than 250°C. According to the viscosity range of the material in the molten state, the molten liquid is evenly distributed on the steel belt moving at a constant speed below it through a special distribution device. Under the cooling effect of the set continuous spraying device, the material is cooled, solidified and packed during the process of conveying and transporting, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation and molding.
Performance characteristics
This product is a new type (melting) forming granulator. Using thin steel belt heat transfer and atomization spray cooling to make the molten liquid be solidified and formed rapidly, and a single machine rotating shell is adopted. The result is easy maintenance, minimal wear and high productivity. Quick and easy loading and unloading and product replacement. Moreover, the drop die forming machine and the steel belt run synchronously, so uniform ingots can be produced at high speed, which improves productivity and increases production profits. And can eliminate dust, improve the environment, significantly expand the viscosity range. This product is an economical and reliable production process, capable of processing Φ4-12mm particles, these products are very uniform, in the shape of hemispheres, strips and flakes, stable, free of thermal stress and high in purity and quality. According to the melting point (freezing point) of the processed product, the temperature viscosity of the material and the cooling effect, the conveying speed and the rotation speed of the machine head are selected to avoid affecting the production capacity and granular quality.
The machine changes from liquid to solid granular, mainly through granulation die head granulation, adopts rotary steel belt to carry out continuously, and cools and shapes by spraying water.

The machine is mainly composed of blanking die granulation forming head, cooling and conveying stainless steel belt and pulley, spray cooling system, transmission system, heat preservation device, frame, scraper and so on. Blanking die granulation head is mainly composed of head die sleeve and head mandrel. The spray cooling system is mainly composed of nozzles, water tanks, etc. The transmission system is mainly composed of a reduction box (reducer) and a speed regulating motor.
Applicable materials
This product is suitable for various materials that need to be granulated with a melting point (or softening point) between 50°C and 300°C, as well as materials with "supercooled crystallization" characteristics.
Technical requirements
The material must be filtered and solid impurities must not enter the granulator head, otherwise it will cause wear or blockage of the head and affect the granulation quality.
The temperature control should be determined according to the melting point temperature, and the heat preservation requires that the temperature change should not exceed ±3°C. The cooling system should be equipped with a filter, and the cooling water temperature is generally between 5°C and 25°C (low water temperature, fast forming, good granularity, and high output).

GHL Series High Speed Mixing Granulator

GZL Series Dry Rolling Granulator
Extrusion granulation is a relatively new dry granulation process for producing compound fertilizers. Extrusion granulation was first applied to the granulation of potassium chloride in the field of fertilizers. The granular (1-4mm) potassium chloride required for blending fertilizers (BB fertilizer) is basically produced by extrusion. In recent years, extrusion granulation for the production of compound fertilizers has developed rapidly in China.
There are two forms of extrusion granulation: double-roller type and wheel-roller type. The double-roller type extrusion is first pressed into large pieces, and then broken into granules. This device has large capacity, high granule strength, and low energy consumption. Roll extrusion is widely used abroad. The wheel rolling type is directly made into a shape with grooves on the surface of the roller, and extruded into shaped particles at one time. When the product strength is low, it is sometimes necessary to add a binder. It is suitable for granular fertilizers such as organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers.
The principle of roller extrusion granulation is: the dry material is agglomerated into a dense and hard block (cake) under pressure, which is called the extrusion process; the cake is crushed and sieved to become a granular material called for the granulation process. The role of extrusion is to squeeze out the air between the particles, and to make the distance between the particles close enough to generate attractive forces such as van der Waals force, adsorption force, crystal bridge and embedded connection. Extruded granulated particles mainly rely on the strength of particles formed by the force between molecules.
